Well here are the progress pics.



Did the now famous fresh air mod. It looks kick ass.


You need to notch the passenger side fan to clear the blower outlet.


You also need to modify the radiator cover. Note how I used some of the black trim around the cut area for a cleaner look.


Reinstall fans.


Install elbow coupler on blower outlet.


Install J tube.



Connect J tube to intercooler with supplied couplers.


Install splash shield on driver side.


On passenger side, drill a hole thru radiator cradle and mount horn. Reinstall splash shield.


Cut the airdam to 4 inches and screw to cradle with supplied self tapping screws.


Install modified radiator cover.


Install charge tube and air filter.



It's pretty much done. Should be able to button up the gauge and fluids in the morning. I'll then be driving a whole 5 minutes to Charlie's shop and popping in the injectors there on Friday hopefully.:cheers:
